Part-time or full-time — same work, different load

Both are arranged by our HR team over WhatsApp. Tell us which of the two you are after and we will hold it while we talk.

Track A

Remote Part-Time Assistant

Short blocks of written work you fit around whatever else your day already holds — replying to customer messages, tidying order records, confirming bookings. Roughly three to five blocks a week, agreed with you up front.

Track B

Remote Full-Time Coordinator

A steady weekday role for someone who wants one thing to focus on. You look after a set list of small businesses — their inbox, their diary, their records — and hand over cleanly at the end of the day.

TalentGrove works out of a single office in Busselton. We would rather carry two openings we can explain end to end than a long list nobody behind the desk has actually read. Every employer gives us the daily range in writing first; if they will not put a number down, the role does not go up.

Before you ask

The questions that come up most

01Can I switch tracks later on?

Yes, and a fair few people do. Plenty start part-time to see how the work sits with them, then move across to full-time once a spot opens up. Tell HR and they will put you down for the next one.

02Will I be turned away without experience?

No. Neither track assumes you have done this kind of work before — the onboarding covers the tools from scratch. What matters more is turning up for the blocks you said you would.

03What gear am I expected to have?

Whatever you already use day to day. A phone gets you through Track A comfortably; Track B is easier on a laptop or desktop simply because there is more on screen at once. Anything beyond that is provided.

04How long before I hear back?

Send the form during our hours and HR usually replies the same working day. From there, most people have their chat done inside two days and pick a start date in the week after.
